6106 Eva White Paste / 6206 Transparent Paste

Description:
Introduction

This type of products were manufactured from imported environmental-friendly EVA elastic resin, is suitable for high quality textile printing on various cotton, T/C fabric etc.

Property:

"A: 3100 White slurry paste appearance.

 6206 elastic milky white slurry paste.

B: was compounded by environment-friendly EVA resin and TiO2.

C: Viscosity: 145,000-150,000 CPS.

D: non-ion property.

E: Shelf Life: 1 year. (well sealed under normal temperature)"

Features:

A: soft and non-sticky.

B: high gloss and smooth.

C: Not suitable for hot wash.

E: suitable for common elastic fabric.

Application

1. 100-120 mesh is suggested, to select different mesh based on different pattern. For normal cotton, two times printing by come-and-go, for high elastic fabric, apply 6 to render two times, then apply the well formulated paste . This can be ensure the best result.

2. This type of paste must be cure at 140-150 for 2-3 minutes, for hot-pressing, 140-150 for 10-15 minutes.

3. Suggested Formulattion: 6106--30   6206-70  pigment: 5 (within)

Fastness test

There will be no crack and peel off happened to conduct the washing  test at 30 for 1 hour.

Storage:

Dont store in direct sunshine or at high temperature.

Stir paste for 5 minutes before using for the first time.

Remarks:

To adjust  the shade of color based on customer's requirment, too much pigment will cause the discoloration, be better to control the consumption of pigment with 5,  if the dark color is needed, please add 2  color fixing agent PC100 ,but it will cause a little hard hand feel, so we strongly suggest to conduct the test before mass production to see whether the elasticity can meet requirment.  Please conduct the test when printing on the discolored fabric to see whether the sublimation will happened.
