Introduction

This paste is specially used for printing on various type of Jean, was identified as the high fastness and quality paste.

Property

"1. Appearance: SL-400 White Paste  SL-400C Beige transparent paste.

2. Components: Resin polymer

3. Viscosity: SL-400: 140000-145000CPS, SL-400C: 120000cps.

4. Character: Water-soluble paste. Non-ion, PH value: 7.0-7.5

5. Shelf Life:  1 year under normal temperature.

Application

"1: one bottle of binder PC-100 included,  2-3% PC-100 must be added before use. Please stir evenly after add the PC-100 into the paste.

2. Be better to use up all the formulated paste, because the binder will turn into the congeal or gel to create the invalid and waste.

3. After the printing and dry, to hot-press next day under 150 for 10-15 seconds. Then to conduct the fastness testing.

4. Suggested formulation

400--30%  400c--70%     pigment: with 5%   fixing agent: 3%

Storage:

Dont store in direct sunshine or at high temperature.

Stir paste for 5 minutes before using for the first time.
