Introduction

To be composed by special resin, it can be used for direct heat-transfer foil. Good hand feel , good fastness, easy to operate.

Property:

Apperance:  beige slurry paste

Viscosity: 140000-150000cps.

PH value: 6.5-7.0

Non-ion  

Shelf Life: 1 year under normal temperature , but should well sealed . avoid direct sunshine.

Application

1: 100-120 mesh is suggested when printing, to select the mesh based on different pattern.

2: the paste can't be to thin when printing, two time by come-and-go for direct printing, this will ensure a flat surface and at the same time improve the fastness after printing.

3.After natural dry to  hot-press at 150 for 10 seconds ,after getting cool, then peel off the silver golden paper.
