Property

A: 8109;White slurry paste appearance.

1500C Elastic transparent, beige slurry paste.

B: was compounded by environment-friendly resin, imported additives, TiO2.

C: Viscosity: 140,000-150,000 CPS.

D: PH value: 6.5-7.0

E: Shelf Life: 1 year. (well sealed under normal temperature)

Application

1. 100-120 mesh is suggested, to select different mesh based on different pattern. For normal cotton, two times printing by come-and-go, for high elastic fabric, apply 8210 to render two times, then apply the well formulated paste . This can be ensure the best result.

2. This products can be directly used for dark fabric printing, if the pigment is need to be added at printing, please apply 8209 elastic clear paste to dilute the TIO2 to reduce the consumption of pigment, for the high elastic fabric, be better to apply 8209to render prior to printing white paste, this will enable no crack happen under heavy strength.

3. This type of paste must be cure at 140-150 for 2-3 minutes, for hot-pressing, 140-150 for 10-15 minutes.

4. Suggested Formulattion: 8109--30  8209-70  pigment: 5 (within)

Anti-sticky test

the printed portion will not be overlap or sticked each other to hot press for 30 seconds at 130(for special material, please add cross-linking agent to improve the fastness)

Remarks:

To adjust  the shade of color based on customer's requirment, too much pigment will cause the discoloration, be better to control the consumption of pigment with 5,  if the dark color is needed, please add 2  color fixing agent 5050 ,but it will cause a little hard hand feel, so we strongly suggest to conduct  the test before before mass production to see whether the elasticity can meet requirment
