Introduction

To be composed by acrylic resin, with good gloss, good fastness, good hand feel,it can be used for glossing printing result, it can be also used for coating at the surface of golden silver shatter paste,this will not cause the peel of and delaminating.

Apperance:  beige slurry paste

main material: Acrylic co-polymer.

Viscosity: 140000-150000cps.

PH value: 6.5-7.0

Non-ion  

Shelf Life: 6 month at 5-40, but should well sealed . avoid direct sunshine.

Application

1: 100-120 mesh is suggested when printing, to select the mesh based on different pattern.

2: Normal printing will be  one time by come-and-go for,for better gloss result, 2 times by come-and-go is suggested, after naturally dry to hot press at 140-150 for 10 seconds.

Attention;

This paste can't be mixed with non-acrylic product together.

To conduct the test first for high elastic and dark fabric when start the mass production.

Fastness test:

After well printed to conduct the fastness test at 30 for 1hours and no crack and peel off .
