Introduction

This paste is one of the  high-class  PU series paste which is eco-friendly and suitable for all kind of fabric.

Property

Apperance: Milky white slurry paste,

Compound by PU and TIO2

Viscosity: 145000-15000cps.

Non-ion property.

Shelf life: 1 year well sealed under normaltemperature.(5-45)avoid the direct sunshine.

Features

this paste has very good soft hand feel, non-sticky, high gloss and smooth, high covering ability, water resistance, high water fastness which is suitable for all kinds of fabric.

Application:

1. 100-120 mesh is suggested, to select different mesh based on different pattern. For normal cotton, two times printing by come-and-go,

2. for the white printing, apply 588 transparent paste to render for 2 times, then apply the crack paste for 2 times for naturally dry or to dry at 150, then to conduct the test .

3. For the color printing, Please apply 588 to render 2 times, then add crack paste 50 9102, 50 9202 and 5 pigment to mix together, then print 2 times.

Fastness test:

There will be no crack and peel off happened to conduct the washing test at 60 for 2 hours.

Storage:

Dont store in direct sunshine or at high temperature.

Stir paste for 5 minutes before using for the first time.
